Inspired by the Eastern European cereal beverage, the Kvass. This one is much stronger at 5.3abv and flavored withe exotic szechuan peppercorns and the familar cinnamon. Slightly tart, dusty with a unique mouth fell. Equally fun to drink and use in cooking. Add a dash to your favorite BBQ sauce or deglaze a pan with it.

Water, malted rye, malted barley, brown sugar, szechuan peppercorns, cinnamon, hops and yeast.
