The Fuj

The biggest beer of this series, named after Fuji, the brewery guard dog. Unlike other beers based on using flavors for pairing this beer is meant to capture the personality of a one year terrier mix. Feisty, peppery with hints of smoke throughout. Big enough to lay down for a year, which should mellow out the pepper and allow the malt to sweeten a bit.

Seasonal Availability:

Brewed and available during the Summer and early Fall. Age it up to a year.

Water, malted barley, malted rye, Scottish peat-smoked malt, black and white peppercorns, brown sugar, hops and yeast.
